Blanket Distribution Drives
As temperatures drop and winters grow harsh, RAWS steps forward to support those most vulnerable on the streets. Through its blanket distribution drives, the initiative reaches individuals who often go unnoticed, ensuring they are not left to face the cold alone. What began as a seasonal effort has grown into a consistent act of care, with over 8,000 individuals across Gurugram and surrounding areas receiving warmth, comfort and a reminder that they are not forgotten.
Support to Orphanages & Old Age Homes
Through its community outreach efforts, RAWS has collaborated with organizations such as Maika and Deeparashram, conducting multiple drives to support both children and the elderly. RAWS designed these initiatives to provide not only resources but also care and human connection to those often overlooked. Across these engagements, RAWS has extended emotional, financial and infrastructural support to over 1,500 individuals, creating moments of comfort, strengthening living conditions and fostering a sense of dignity and belonging.
Community Support & Self-Help Groups
Driven by the belief that strong communities build stronger futures, RAWS has worked towards empowering individuals through collective action and shared support systems. Through self-help groups and targeted programs on financial literacy, RAWS has enabled over 2,000 individuals to become more financially aware, independent and confident in managing their resources. These efforts have not only strengthened livelihoods but also nurtured a culture of collaboration, resilience and self-reliance within communities.
