Blood Donation Drives Across States
With a small step towards supporting communities in need grew into a powerful, people-driven movement under RAWS’ healthcare initiative. Blood donation drives were organized across Bihar, Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, bringing together individuals from all walks of life with a shared purpose to save lives. With every camp set up and every donor who stepped forward, the impact deepened. What made these drives truly meaningful was the spirit of community participation, where ordinary citizens became lifesavers. Over time, this collective effort has contributed to saving more than 25,000 lives, turning a simple act of donation into a lasting legacy of care and compassion.
Free Medicine Distribution
From remote rural villages to densely populated urban settlements, RAWS extended its healthcare support to communities often left underserved. With a focus on accessibility and timely care, essential medicines were distributed to those who needed them the most ensuring that over 15,000 individuals received the medical support they required while bringing not just relief but a sense of care and reassurance to countless families.
COVID-19 Relief & Child Support
In one of the most challenging times for communities across the country, RAWS stepped forward with compassion and urgency during the COVID-19 crisis. As countless families faced uncertainty, special attention was given to children who had lost their primary caregivers, ensuring they were not left to navigate the hardship alone.
Through timely intervention, RAWS supported more than 500 such children and families by providing essential supplies like food, masks and medicines, along with continued care and long-term assistance. What emerged was more than relief it was a sustained effort to restore stability, security and hope in young lives deeply affected by the pandemic.
Public Health Campaigns
Recognizing that awareness and access are equally important in building healthier communities, RAWS brought together focused efforts under a unified public health initiative. By addressing sensitive yet crucial topics like menstrual hygiene alongside broader preventive healthcare, the organization worked to create informed and empowered communities.
Through menstrual hygiene campaigns, taboos were challenged and young girls were provided with access to sanitary products, knowledge and the confidence to prioritize their well-being impacting over 10,000 girls. At the same time, public health awareness drives on issues such as dengue prevention, hygiene practices and overall wellness reached more than 500 families through active community engagement.
